Researches dealing with managerial mistakes and bad decision-making are very topical due to\ntheir impact on the continuance and existence of enterprises. Hence, this study focuses on this\nissue using a questionnaire survey to collect data from the third and fourth year students who\nspecialize in management and economy. The goal of this survey is to examine and evaluate the\nstudents' opinions about remarkable managerial mistakes. Many of these students have\npractical experience thanks to their work or cooperation with enterprises during their studies.\nOther specific objectives of this study are: identification of mistakes made by company\nmanagers based on the knowledge of the companies that the students cooperate with; and\ninterpretation of the occurrence and the possible causes of the mistakes identified in the\ncompanies. Professor Ko�¡turiak formulated a list of serious managerial mistakes. The list\nbecame an important starting point for the present research. Our research showed studentsâ��\nopinions concerning the seriousness of managerial mistakes and the frequency of occurrence of\nthese mistakes in companies with which the students co-operated.
